Currently doing Chad Waterbury's Anti-body building program from T nation. I really am enjoying however I think the volume is pretty intense.

Really cool ideas. You don't do full range of motion. You do static contraction or partial reps with a LOT more weight. Extremely effective in building muscle (as long as you rest more between lifts and fill in the off days with cardio) and is not as risky injury wise. You should check it out!

I just finished the "12-Week Daily Video Trainer" over at BodyBuilding.com - http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/12_week_daily_video_trainer.htm

The site is free, and it includes tons of workouts for all ages and all stages; whether you are indeed a bodybuilder or just want to know how to use the machines, whether you want to lose weight or gain weight, do cardio or do strength training. Great forum discussions, and personal profiles of more hunky guys too!
