please some one help with this. everytime i try to do any form of sit up, whether at home or in the gym i never feel any stress in my abs, i always feel them in my hip flexers. epecially when i am raising my body up to my knee level. i try to do sit ups on a decline bench and i get the same result. the only time i feel my abs burning is when i do crunches at home. can someone please give me heads up on proper form, or what i could be doing wrong? has anyone else gotten over this hurdle? i try to squeez at the top and everything. i recently tried to mimic this video but i get the same results. please help
