    Ok.

    Hear me out.

Taylor, Beyonce, Kayne West, Eminem, Sasha Cohen.

Is it just me? Does anyone else think there may be a hint here of a staging of these "events/insults" on MTV award shows?

Maybe my years of working in the media has made me overly cynical.
I mean, the award shows are dropping in ratings...
These things get people talking about the "must see" nature of these shows....

    I don't know. Hmmmmmmmm........

I am sure I am wrong. Right?

    What do you think?

Showboating is in these "shocking" entertainers best interest, not necessarily their contracts. They say things, create controversy, and at the same time more interest in them. It leads their fans to believe that not only is their music hardcore, unpredictable, shocking, but so are the things that come out of their mouths in any venue.

I thought the expression was 'always a bridesmaid, never a bride' ? LOL

    Anyway, congrats, Silver.

And, yes. You are correct. The more outrageous the stunt, the more 'paper' it gets the jerk that did it. Andy Warhol must be laughing his ass off......
