Did anyone watch? I've had several clients jokingly compare me to Jillian so I started watching last season and now I'm hooked. Even though I don't care for reality shows, that one is very inspiring. One contestant ended up in the hospital already icon_eek.gif

Yeah, I watched it. I loved all of the twist and turns like the mile run, the purple team cliffhanger, and the shocking meet and greet with more tears than I expected ( I love tears). I especially liked Bob repeating the weights and saying how these weights represent a growing problem and reflect well that the situation in America is dire. Plus Bob dropped the F bomb.....he's the nice one!

I like the kind of energy the show has. Lots of positive energy, comraderie, and helping out each other. Also Abby's (I think that was her name) story was absolutely heartbreaking. Had me in tears, and i never cry haha

I think the show is very inspiring and it should almost be mandatory for most of America :-) (My God we have become a nation of chunky people) I have watched every season and I am always amazed at the way these people literally change their shape in the matter of only a few months. It is proof positive that if you eat right and exercise you CAN and WILL lose weight.

love the show...the inspiration!!'s amazeing how out of shape people are in the usa...some of those people i saw last night i see on the street and wouldn't have realized the weighed that much....a friend said even if they lost the weight they'd be hopeless...i disagree, they would feel better...the joints and back etc etc...but that hanging skin would be hard on your moral
