Cheapest Option: Make a beeline to my house..........lock the doors.......shut the lights......unplug the phone.......jump into bed............go to sleep.

2nd option.........get to the beach.......about 3:30.....and stay until most people have left........the sun is less intense............and go swimming and take a nap until about 6:30pm.

Most expensive option..............a professional massage. The best!...........followed by more sleep.

    - reading.
    - writing profusely.
    - pacing about and " talking " it out with myself (never said I was normal).
    - chewing on wheat bread, gummis, cold pizza, choco. chip/oatmeal raisin cookies, or granola bars.
    - taking a lukewarm shower/bath.
    - discovering new music.

Snugglin' with someone while watching a really good movie. Only problem with that is that I always tend to miss most of the movie icon_wink.gif

Laying and talking after is always fantastic, connecting at so many levels.

Aside from that, love to walk the beagles at sunset and check out the sky.
I'm always totally relaxed after that....

It often used to be by toking up, but that ran its course.

Lately I've been falling asleep to Golden Girls episodes via the iPhone's YouTube app. Cooking always chills me out. Long, slow bike rides are good too. I love to wander around with my camera. A round of disc golf is fun and chill. WEFUNKRADIO.COM sets a great chill mood. And the ultimate default Austin chills: 1) chips, salsa, margarita (or michelada) on one of our dozens of bar patios; or 2) reading and/or lazy swimming at Barton Springs Pool.

What chills me out? For starters a nice long bike ride out of Buffalo through two of its suburbs and out into the green, quiet countryside. A nice 8K to 10K run through less travelled city streets or in Delaware Park. Going to the local Starbucks on Elmwood Avenue and getting a great cup of coffee and some food and relaxing in one of the comfortable chairs reading a book or newspaper, people watching, chatting up a conversation with someone. The best chill out for me is a nice warm shower followed by getting into bed with a good book to read during the evening. At around 11 PM lights out and time for a good nights rest.icon_biggrin.gif

Unless it's tripping people who use canes.
Come to think of it, being rude to elderly people relieves tension as well.

Ahh now the mystery of why you are always rude to me is solved!icon_razz.gif

naw...he was just chilling far to much with unemployment and now that he has a job he can chill when he has worked his fingers to the bone.....poor babe!!

Set up the Hooka, make some Persian tea, and write or read away the rest of the evening. Dont get to do that much any more. Maybe a couple of times a week.
