Kung Fu movie or stuff like it, are abundance in South East Asia back in the 70's and 80's. Bruce Lee is the reason for all this martial art theme movie popularity. As a kid I use to love this type of movie. But now as I got older, I find out it really just a bunch of crap (sorry Sahem). It always good win over bad, Chinese kicking some Japanese ass. Full with camera trick and non logical move. Sometimes you can actually see the wire that hang the actor while they doing their flying scene. I cant hardly recall any good Kung Fu movie that worth watching again.

However there plenty of historical theme movie from Hong Kong that are really unforgetable just to name a few.. Empress Dowager, The Opium War, The Soong Sister .......

I won't lie... I could sit there all day watching this stuff. But let me say-- I really like where martial arts films have gone these days. They're awesomely entertaining.

Aside from that.... it's just fun to watch, heh. You know.. dude stuff.

Ok then.... Today I watched Ladywhirlwind and The Deadly China Doll.
They both star Angela Mao who starred as Su Lin in Enter The Dragon.
She was one of the top female martial artists of that time ( 1970's).
My Dad took me to see it when I was a kid. I thought she was one
bass ass chick !

Here are a few other films from the 70's that imo are classic !

Shaolin Master Killer
The Prodigal Son
Fist Of Fury aka The Big Boss
Five Deadly Venoms
The Flying Guillotine
The Kid With The Golden Arm
