Hey there everyone!

I had surgery this week to fix a hernia that popped out recently. Since I can't lift anything over 20lbs for 6 weeks, I was wondering what would be the best thing to do to not lose too much of the gains I've made over the last year.

Any advice is welcome icon_smile.gif I am aware that it is not possible to keep all the gains, but there has to be a way to not lose everything.
