Crazy ab workout

waste of money. abs have next to nothing to do with your workout. they are all diet.

I've been doing Ab Ripper X and have worked and now see muscles I never thought I had.

Probably because it is coupled with other workouts and proper dieting results in a lower body fat % thus your newly muscled abs can show.

you do have to combine diet with ab workout, otherwise, your abs wil; not show their muscles

the original post of 'crazy ab workout' looks like a good workout ... I wouldn't call it crazy ... crazy would be "now do that non-stop for 48 hours" ... that would be crazy.

I'm not much on maintaining the strictest of diets, but I swear that by doing a strong, INTENSE abs work out at least 3 times a week helps me maintain a decent six-pack ... but I'm lucky with a high metabolism
