Anyone ever get it and how did you treat and cure it? It hurts like hell and I will actually bleed from the chaffing!

LOL...I ran a half marathon down by the beach a few years ago
    I don't like shirts when I run
they weigh me down and they're annoying when they bunch up sometimes
well this day at the beach was very breezy and it caused the guys shirts to rub alot on their nipples...

LOL...they all looked like they'd been shot twice in the chest
3/4's of the guys had blood stains on the front of their shirts

Vaseline, bandaids. It's all in the planning for it in advance. Once you're in it, there's little you can do.

Band-aids. That's how I roll with nipple burn prevention.

I have had a similar problem for some time with nipples that bleed. The solution is a simple one but a very effective one. Get some Vaseline and apply the Vaseline liberally (even those of you that may be conservative) to your nipples before running. I learned this here on RealJock several weeks ago and I have been doing it since learning about using Vaseline. It has worked for me since I no longer have a problem with bleeding nipples.icon_biggrin.gif

Band-Aids before a long run ... if you're in the middle of a marathon and the chafing sets in, look for the Vaseline at an aid station or the medical tent ASAP.

Another product made specially to prevent chafing is called Body Glide. You can buy it in a cycling or running store.

Avoid cotton t-shirts. Run in a moisture-wicking performance fabric. Moisture is one of the big factors causing chafing and a damp t-shirt rubbing against your nips as you run is a recipe for disaster.

If it's warm enough, just run shirtless. :-)

Happens to me all the time. It is painful.

I've been putting a bit of transparent adhesive tape on each nipple before I run. I'd say half the runners I know have this problem, if you want to call it that.
