If you do these on a regular dip machine, where are your legs as you try to lean forward into the dip?

If you do dips, the more straight up and down you are, the triceps will get hit. The more you lean forward and your legs go higher behind you, the more you work the chest. Just make sure you go down deep to really hit your chest hard. You can also add weight with a weight belt around your waist and some weight hanging from you. The angle you lean forward is not important, the more forward the more it will target your chest.
    Great workouts

I used to hate dips now i can squeeze off three sets no problem. Getting dips to be a chest exercise is what i can't feel yet.
