Did you look at your skeletal muscle chart?

As you can see, the rectus abdominis is ONE muscle. Neat huh?

You might find knee raises and leg lifts give the proprioception of working the upper part a bit more. Crunches on the floor might give you the same feeling, but, it's still one muscle.....

Lie on your back...put your legs straight up in the air without bending them, and touch your toes (or try to) 3 sets of 20 reps

Do a variety of ab exercises. Cable crunches, hanging leg raises, and the V situps that Silverfox suggested.

that video work good for your upper abs. I need a good abs workout for my lower abs. lol
