I sell fitness equipment a couple of days a week to supplement my inconsistent freelance writing income, and I have a whole "As Seen on TV" section of stuff where I work. There's one thing called "Leg Magic" that always makes me wonder what would happen if they sold something called "Ass Magic." Maybe they do, just at a different kind of store -- if you know what I mean.

OHHhh no.

You just HAD to get one that cuts off before the musical number. >.

This one may be gimmicky, but it's how I got MY body..... And also how I learned English!!!

What I find the most funny tho, are not the products themselves, but the serious attention to which they are given on fitness forums like RJ, in the regular "Anyone every try this? Does it really work? Thinking about buying this" posts. Cue P.T. Barnum...

if you fly on airplanes youve seen it, that full page add for the 5minute a day total body workout machine. it looks like a maze.

OMG, that learning English through exercise was disturbing! Always a shocker to discover how the rest of the world views the US, that key English phrases to learn would be:

"Spare me my life."
"I was robbed by two men."

I used to live in Japan, and when my friends (who were all English teachers) and I would see that program we couldn't hold back our laughter.
