My Inbox is getting submerged by fitness ads: Mens Health e-mails with titles such as 'add 18 pounds of muscle in two weeks'. I know it's rubbish in my head, but want to believe. Also, all the Acai berry ads. Again, getting ripped using this 'super food'. Rubbish, yes. But I'm so tempted. I am right, aren't I? It is all hype. Tell me not to give in to temptation.
