Hey guys... I'm hoping to restart running after having to stop it for three months due to Plantar Fasciitis...:-( really got into it last time, but don't want to have another problem again. Do the more expert runners have some good inside tips for me? Cheers!
hey steph, i see this thread is not too recent, so perhaps you've worked it out already, but i'll tell you i stopped running for the same reason and wish i hadn't. taking time off did little to help my feet and my overall health suffered from the downtime. anyways, starting back up i just paid much more attention to stretching, especially calf, foot, stretches. seems i'll probly always have the pf but it's totally manageable now that i know it's all a matter of stretching and maybe a slower starting/warmup pace. good luck!
