I'm not one to typically ask for help, but damnit, I need it. So here it goes. I need a solid workout plan for an endomorph body type. I've had people tell me that full body circuit training would be best, but when reading online, have found the main recommendation to be little rest in-between sets without any recommendation for what I should actually be doing for a workout regimen. I understand cardio is important and I should be doing at least 30 minutes high intensity interval training at least 3-4 times a week. However, what would be the best weight training program for an endomorph body type? I understand the nutrition part of it, but I need help with my workout routine.
