Hey guys

So my mother's been on weight watchers for almost a year, and she's lost about 75 lbs. I think it's really awesome, and it piqued my interest in the Weight Watchers program - I mean, clearly it's worked for her. So I checked out her account online and found the software (particularly the 'pointstracker' software) to be a REALLY cool idea. Unfortunately, aside from recipies and points values, the software really doesn't do what I want it to do, which is to basically act as a journal to track my fitness.

Well, I was nosing around on the web, and I found a website that does exactly that; it tracks ALL aspects of your fitness, from your workouts to your diet to your measurements, it's ALL there and it's ALL detailed.

Best of all - it's completely free.

I'm not pushing the site because I work for it, or I get anything from it. I'm putting this up here because I think it's an amazing tool, and while I know the idea isn't all that new, it's still cool and hopefully it'll help.
