Just saw the announcement on line. Cleveland beat out the bids from Boston and DC.

As a Bostonian, I'm a bit bummed, but congrats to Ohio!

Looking forward to spending a little less money in 2014. Next years trip to Cologne will bust my travel budget for the year. I also hear there will be an Open Water Swim, an even that was canceled @ IGLA in Washington, D.C. in 08.

I'm from Cleveland, and I hope they can pull this off... but I'm not convinced.

It will be amazing.
