I want to gain muscle and decrease body fat. It is hard for me to gain size. So i decided to use supplements. I would greatly appreciate any information on the following regimen:

    Halodrol liquidgels (not Halodrol-50)
    N O Explode (for energy)
Cell Mass (after workout to recover)
    Novedex (at night)
    Activate Extreme (at night)

I need to know if this is a successful plan. Should I take the Novedex and Activate Extreme while taking Halodrol liquidgels. Or should I take Novedex and Activate Extreme after Halodrol liquidgels cycle is complete. Also, is taking Novedex and Activate Extreme redundant?

    Thanks for the help,

    Brian

Supplements alone won't give you lean muscular body. What's your current workout routine like? And how about your food intake?

If you can provide some details on your workouts and your diet, maybe we can help you fine tune some things.

And I honestly don't think you need to be spending all that money on those supplements. All you really need are protein powder, meal replacement powder, and lots of real food. The NO Explode is a maybe. I think nitric oxide supplements do work.

    Totally agree here.

Give up on the supplements they aren't going to do too much more than taking 2 cups of espresso and a handful of multivitamins.

If anything they may do more damage than good.
