I want to gain muscle and decrease body fat. It is hard for me to gain size. So i decided to use supplements. I would greatly appreciate any information on the following regimen:

    Halodrol liquidgels (not Halodrol-50)
    N O Explode (for energy)
Cell Mass (after workout to recover)
    Novedex (at night)
    Activate Extreme (at night)

I need to know if this is a successful plan. Should I take the Novedex and Activate Extreme while taking Halodrol liquidgels. Or should I take Novedex and Activate Extreme after Halodrol liquidgels cycle is complete. Also, is taking Novedex and Activate Extreme redundant?

    Thanks for the help,

    Brian

Only one on that list that I've used is NO Explode.

It's a great product but be careful not to use too much.

Also, NEVER take it if you feel like you're getting sick, it will make a lot of the symptoms worse.

The only two that might be redundant is Halodrol Liquidgels and Activate Xtreme. I think Activate is an awesome product and great for PCT, so maybe cycle Halodrol Liquidgels and then Activate Extreme since I don't know how these two would combine and how the different pathways would work.

start taking some B12 every morning, that'll give you an energy boost.

Manage your meals better, try and eat around 6 meals a day. you can workout the inside of your body without even working out the outside.
And yeah, working out your midsection now will only build muscle under the fat you've got there. There are two types of midsection fat, and the stuf that gets stuck to your muscles is hard to burn off, but the best thing to do is get that heart rate up and burn calories. always always always burn more than you take in.

as for the OP, the only experience I've got is with NOXplode.

it's a great product, but you're paying for the name. you can get similar products (usually labelled "NOS" something) at places like walmart for about fifteen dollars cheaper.

the main things people like about NO-Xplode and things you may want to look for in similar products
Arginine- this is what creates the "pump" along with the caffeine. It causes vasodilation, thus more oxygenated blood is allowed into the muscles. you may notice certain veins looking a bit bigger when lifting weights.

Creatine- Personally, I think creatine alone is shit. You don't actually gain any strength, and TECHNICALLY the only muscle mass you will gain is all water weight. Creatine allows the muscle cells to hold more water than they regularly do. If you get on a creatine product, you will omst likely lose size when you stop taking it.

When I am working out (which has been forever now, ugh.)
I take a multivitamin, as everyone should everyday no matter what.
    I take a B12 supplement.
Protein (however I can get it)
and some sort of Branch Chain Amino Acids.

I may tkae some NO-Xplode or Nos products, but only if I have the money. they're fucking expensive.

also, use your diet to help fuel your workout.
complex carbs before for sustained energy while you're exercising and simple carbs afterward to refuel your tanks quickly.
