Help me buy creatine!

    I'm so confused -- I know there are different kinds, but I'm unsure of which one to choose. Also, I've read on here that some people put it in coffee or a hot drink to dissolve it -- any advice on how to take it and when (before/after a workout) would be great! I don't plan on speed loading, so I think the consensus is 3g a day? Any opinion on how long I should follow that routine?

    I use Jack3d by USP Labs and it is the best I've used. It contains Creatine, Arginine, Glutamine, Beta Alanine and some other things. What I like most about it is that it doesn't give me the bloating and gas like other supplements have done.

    currently using Wild Bull micronised creatine ... not sure of it's benefits over other styles/brands, but it seems to do the job

    I just dump mine in my protein shake, and I buy the cheapest creatine monohydrate I can.

    Apparently, it destabilizes in water. If that's the case... Surely digestion would negate all benefits?
