I have been working out for the past 4 months. I never been a fan of working out but this year of my 42nd birthday and seeing the diabetes that others in my family suffered I decided on a change of lifestyle.

I asked some questions on this forum and got GREAT answers--

Eat; I never knew that I would have such a appetite while working out- I guess it was the girlee diets that I was on that always prevented one from eating

Recipes; I have been laid off from work - I now have the time to cook my meals-- healthy meals!!!!!!--plus I have the time to work out- no excuses-I dont belong to a gym -- but what wonders one can do with a treadmill- bench press an some barbells!.
I bought the treadmill 5 years ago and I have just begun to use iticon_idea.gif

I just been doing my routines- with little rest in between- rest days--Now I do cardio just on rest days- I am trying to lose fat and build muscle

This is my testimony: I stepped out of the shower today and saw my shoulders defination- my triceps def and biceps def

It was almost like I didnt know who I was looking at in the mirror because I never seen him before!!!!! but oh I love him!

One dude on here told me to "go hard" I hear that text when I am in my basement working out"

    Thamk You!

Welcome brother. As soon as you become suitably cut, let us make sport of inferiors together.
