    Get very lean. Whether you're tiny, or big, if you're lean, you get lines.

    i got them by switching from an old school bench-military press, curls, flys squat type workout to a core/pilates based workout. i was amazed that the core workout gave me better pec definition too.Cut sugar and processed carbs from your diet.

    have either of you guys checked out his pic?? the guy's pretty fuckin' lean as it is. my 2 cents is doing hanging leg raises.

    Abs are definitely my point of fixation, and one of the biggest things that contributes to those kinds of cuts is being lean beyond what most people would consider to be lean. Watch your sugar/carb intake. No beer or major drinking.
    Leg raises in varying positions will help to isolate the lower abs and obliques.
