Did anyone follow this plan? If so did it work for you? What were your results? If you were trying to bulk did you still do the 30 mins of cardio?

I'm just trying to compare various routines before I come to a conclusion of what I should do. So many different sources out there on the subject that all the info I have collected just seems contrived, not to mention I really don't know what to do anymore aside from lift the weight like my life depended on it while hoping for the best. icon_mad.gif
