Hmmmm.....so he ended up with a two day erection. Sounds like a great way to spend a weekend with good friends. But seriously, he should have gone to the emergency room after four or so hours. Not sure why he deserves such a large award when he could have prevented the damage by seeking medical attention.

Back when I was 80 lbs heavier I took Trimix and once had an erection that lasted 6 hours. I had to agressively walk it off and take sudefed to kill the rock hard erection. My dick hurt for days and I actually think I grew a 1/4 inch lol

These meds and procedures all warn you about not exceeding 4 hours with an erection. Hell, I've taken some non-ED meds that could also cause an erection as a side effect, not their primary purpose, and they still gave the 4-hour warning.

Plus this guy was self-injecting himself. Any guarantee he wasn't over-dosing to make himself Joe Stud for a night, and he went too far? Maybe why he didn't seek help right away, out of embarrassment for his not following the directions.

I'm not real sympathetic to some of these big medical malpractice cases. Where clear negligence is present, I do think the ability to nail the doctor or hospital royally should be there, but it's an option too often abused. It seems to me another aspect of modern American life where we just can't seem to ever get the balance right, and common sense goes out the window. icon_sad.gif

what a TOOL. this guy's an obvious idiot. I can't believe they gave him the case... ANYONE that mis-uses something like this deserves themselves to be punished, the dumb asshole.

i do NOT believe he was "led into thinking this was a cure" - such bullshit.
