Ok so last year I started adventuring in the terrain park and after some 10 foot wipe outs would anyone have some tips for sticking my landings and pulling off some 180s and 360s? I seem to stick half of my landings but the others just seem to give me a tottal thrashing. Any links to sites with some usefull info/tips would be excellant.

Practice, practice, practice. Ski and Skiing magazines as well as the Boarding magazine counterparts usually give some good advice. Your equipment also needs to be in agreement with what you want to do. If you ski, double parabolic skis are almost required to land a 180. Keep your knees bent, and look ahead (not at the ground) and shift your weight slightly on your back heel keeping your tips up. During landing, move your weight forward, keeping your torso straight and shifting your weight into normal downhill position. If you are ever at WP, CP, or Steamboat, let me know and I may be willing to help.

    Have a great pow day!
