Hey back in the day I lifted a lot and recently (past 2 years) i have not lifted at all. Today ive decided to get back into it and be who i use to be. I have two questions. 1) whats the best way to go about starting a workout plan? 2) I wanna use proteins and creatine and wanna know what has worked best for yall.
