    Hey Adrian,

I think PowerPoint is able to work with .avi and .mp4 files. As for software, In case you don't have anything. I use something called Format Factory, google it and download it. It converts to many types of formats and is simple to use.

Have you tried changing the extension of the .flv files to something more compatible like .mp4? Sometimes a program is able to read the content of a video file by simply changing the file extension to one it recognizes. I would test it first and make a backup of your work file and flv before trying it out.
