I woke up this morning with a bit of a sore throat! I can't stand being sick. I miss working out so much and on top of that I hope I don't miss school. What do you guys suggest for remedies? This morning I drank some organic carrot juice, I've eaten some chicken noodle soup, lots of tea, and had two burning hot baths, I'm about ready to go to bed. I hope I didn't get my guy sick from kissing him.

Salt water gargle. Sleep.

Boil ginger roots.
Gargle the water (not the roots) every 3-4 hours. I'd say about the size of a coffee mug (regular size).

Gargle, rest, sleep, drink lots of fluids (water is fine), don't rush back to your normal activity until you've been fever free for at least 24 hours and are feeling significantly better.
