Hey guys,

Was wondering if there were any of you out there that would like to talk about training and recovery time...also, I wonder if your levels fluctuated at all while you are/ were training. Would be grateful for any replies with advise - or any stories you may have... Going for my 3rd Ironman and want to make this one the best one yet...I have had GI issues on race day both times and I think it has to do with the body stress and the heat...I take Truvada, Rayataz and Norvir....
