  You should know enough about anime to know that a large fan base is bi/gay. So you being a homosexual or a bi guy at a comicon/anime convention will probably make you more at home than anyone else.
  
  You'll have fun. I've never been, because I'm too cheap. But I have a group of friends that usually go each year. They are very much into the fantasy world though.
  
  Just don't get carried away and blow all your money like most comic/anime fiends do lol.
  
  And know that just because a guy's dressed up as a female character doesn't mean he's gay lol.
