Two more "OH COME ON!" moments that make you wonder why gay men can be such A'holes

1 - I wanted to say to the guy in the steam room, "No matter how long you try to sit between my legs OR stand across from me staring between my legs, we're not gonna have sex. Got it?!?!?!
    Sheesh.

2 - To the guy I'd made plans with 3 days ago to meet for coffee after work -- who then cancelled after I texted to confirm again midday-- who is now on Manhunt, "You f***ing blew it dude!".

Is it too much to think that guys aren't total jackasses here? Or does this happen everywhere else too?

    Happens everywhere.

Geographical location unfortunately doesn't always translate into different human behavior.

Recently a guy told me he couldn't go out because he did not want to miss the MTV awards.icon_eek.gif

Damn. That's about as bad as my second one of the guy canceling so he could get on to Manhunt.

Um yeah, here too. Flakes and passive aggressive men. That's Seattle gay men for the most part.

You can't expect to meet quality guys at steam rooms or on manhunt. But yeah, people can be assholes.

This is nothing new. Str8 women have complained about the inconsistent behavior of men since.......well forever. The ones that are worth anything are usually not the ones we seek till were truly ready to settle dwn and by that time.....It's to late. As we've weeded out and categorized our ideal perfection and if we've not gotten that package...we start to settle. Those that don't are in bad relationships or age alone.

I have to agree. I mean have you seen the site Onthehunt.com? Manhunt guys hooking up.. enough said. I have talked to some great guys on here. I think the less obviously associated with sex/dating.. the better.

I was supposed to have a second date with a guy this past Tuesday. When I texted to confirm he canceled (claimed he had a conference call). Then when he was supposed to be on his conference call, I caught him on Facebook. He even told me online that he had lined up game nights with a bunch of guys he'd been talking to and "only half will need to bring condoms though."

Needless to say, I've stopped talking to him.
Oh well, I've been talking to someone even cuter since.
