Any other gadget geeks out there? I'd feel ashamed but I don't think my BlackBerry would approve. icon_razz.gif

I would feel lost without my iBook G4. Although I'm thinking of buying a netbook soon.

I haven't been without a Palm PDA for about 10 years, until I got an iPhone a couple of weeks ago. It has the same organizer features I use, also syncs with my Mac, plus it's a phone, of course, which the Palm isn't.

Before the Palm I always carried a Daytimers paper-based organizer, wasn't sure if a PDA could do the same job, instead being another gimmicky tech toy, ending up neglected in some drawer. So I bought the cheapest one Palm had, and when I found it really did the job and I became totally dependent on it, I upgraded to a more powerful model after a year.

Haven't been without one since, and all my friends always expect to see me with it wherever I go. Now it's the iPhone.

I call mine HalleBerry - for obvious reasons.

    What are you favorite apps?
You got to love the new BBM 5.0, Tru Phone, AllSport GPS Platnium, Google Maps, and Weather eye.

Hmm I'd definitely say the new BBM is one of my favorites-no doubt about that! I also use frequently SocialScope, Opera Mini, Google Sync, MeterBerry, QuickLaunch, ScoreMobile and for weather I'm using WeatherBug.

I'm thinking about buying a netbook or ultra portable notebook soon. I would like to try and get a Blackberry Bold.... gezz, just where will the money come from... LOL.

Anyway, I think I'm leaning more towards Blackberry over the iPhone, and then I can join the ranks of crackberry users. WOO HOO

I call my iPhone " the Precious". It beats the heck out of the half dozen gadgets I used to take (or forget) with me. Granted it's not as good as my "real" GPS or digital camera, but it does those things well enough for 90% of what I want to do. The rest of
the time I just pack more stuff.
