Wrist size is correlated to frame size... i have lots of trouble in getting bigger, and i think it has something to do with it.
Also i suffer of wrist tendinist caused by guitar playing, and that sucks....icon_sad.gif
My wrist circumference is just a bit under 6 inches. What about yours?

I'd be interested in knowing where you read that wrist size is correlated to frame size, because I think I have a pretty big frame but I have TINY wrists. I am a hard gainer, though. I have pretty big piano-playing hands, too (too bad I don't play piano!) and the skinny skinny wrists make me feel kind of self-conscious. Oh well, you have to learn to live with what you've got! icon_biggrin.gif

I have a small frame and large wrists. Many watch bands don't fit me well, so I usually wear diver's watches, that have larger bands to fit over wet suits (plus I like their waterproof feature and big hands, that I can see without my glasses).

Mine are really thick. I wish they were thinner cause they look clumsy, and I can't button my long sleeve dress shirts but what can ya do! Wrist reduction surgery? Haha.

One guy I dated told me he was in love with my thick furry wrists. Is that kinda weird?

    Very dainty wrists here.icon_redface.gif

I can take my thumb and index finger wrapping around my wrist touching each other.

I guess in my case it correlates to frame size but I don't think one can assume the theory is correct.

I have a large frame, tiny 6.5 inch wrists and I have no trouble gaining and maintaining mass if I lift 2-3 times a week. Being limited by your wrist size is a bunch of crap. Their are a host of genetic, training and nutritional factors that are more likely culprits as is your tendinitis.

7.25 is what my wrists measure.

G.S. is probably right, there are alot of things that effect gaining more than wrist size.

I have small wrists but I'm constantly complimented on the size of my manhands, fingers and nailbeds. I have the smallest frame compared to my two brothers but I'm average as compared to the 6'-6'3" frames they carry.

OK, I just measured my wrist, for the first time in my life. It's 8-1/2" around, which I gather from this thread is not small?

Yet as I wrote in a different RJ thread regarding false perceptions about ourselves, I've always seen my wrists as very thin & spindly. I presume that an 8-1/2" circumference is not especially thin, but as I look at my wrist right now, that is how I see it.
