Everytime I hear this song my heart drops. Anybody else there with me? If not, what's a song that makes your heart sink every time you hear it?

Everytime i listen to or hear Sia"s "Breath me" i just get sad and i realize how life is precious and we need to take care of each other. The other reason is that the song was used in the finale of Six Feet Under and man it was heart breaking.

Couldn't decide on just one. Both are from movies. Annie Lennox won an Oscar for Into The West. I shiver every time I hear the lyrics from Love Song For A Vampire: "It beats for you, it bleeds for you, it knows not how it sounds"

The entire score of that film can kind of make me tighten up, but Wings takes the cake. I get misty when I hear it.

Into The West definitely gives me a lump in my throat, because it comes at the end of this long journey. However, this is one of the saddest songs I have ever heard:

Gentlemen, we'd like to ask a favour. Could you please NOT quote the entire vid? Repeating the youtube over and over means we'll be able to post one or two but won't be able to come back to this topic because it crashes the computer when the thread gets top heavy with vids. Lousy, when half the vids posted are the same ones over and over!

So, here, this made a lump in my throat so huge I couldn't swallow, cried and felt good at the same time. (Doug)
It was the first time a song directly spoke to me about the volunteer work I do.

    ...and this is about us...

Have hear this song like a billion times, but everytime something just touches the depth of my heart.

Its a Hindi song tilted "Lag Ja Gale se (Come into my arms) ", but here is what it translates too

Come embrace me because we may never see such a beautiful night again
Or maybe we may never have such a chance again during this lifetime.
    Come into my arms..

We are very fortunate for these few moments together
Lets look at each other closely to our hearts' content
Because we will never know whether fate may bestow this opportunity on us again
Or, maybe we may never have such a chance in this lifetime.
    Come into my arms...

Please come close to me now because I may not be able to see you again and again
Please let me cry again and again in your arms now
Because I am not sure whether the tears of love will again flow
Or maybe, we may never meet again in this lifetime

Come embrace me because we may never see such a beautiful night again
Or maybe we may never have such a chance again during this lifetime.
    Come into my arms..

if anything, THIS is where I gay it up.

I cried like a little girl the first time I saw this movie, and the music still makes me tear up.

    'Wings'

AGHHH I feel my heart start to sink and get weak when I hear that goddamn song. I also start to shiver. That's one thing about that movie: I felt like I was in the mountains with them. It's surreal to me.

The note at 27 seconds makes my skin crawl.
