The purpose of this thread is for guys who are basically in great shape, but are up to 5lb over our ideal weight OR are at our ideal weight and have only up to 5lb of fat to turn to muscle before we look hotter than Chizzad to complain about how fat we are and how much it makes us hate ourselves.

please note, this thread may be somewhat mocking of the obsessive quest for Action Man perfection, and the power that we allow it to have over us. Also Chizzad is hot

I have at least 8 maybe 10lbs hanging around my waist, lower back and ass that must go before I stop crying and cutting myself nightly over how disgustingly obese I am....

Oh and Chizzad is hot.... but isn't that a given

well whatever, i eat very little and still gotta force myself to eat as much as I can handle otherwise Id totally disappear. To gain weight is just as hard as to loose weight.

My cock is way too thick and large. Apparently nothing (natural can be done).

Also I need to gain another 5 lbs of muscle and I want better abs.

Chizzad is ridiculously hot. I have had a number of fantasies about him. Quite a few. Hmmmm. Perhaps a new thread....

I was in one of those new supplement stores called "Complete Nutrition" over the weekend with my bf... they had very expensive supplements for a variety of needs, from losing weight to gaining weight.

My bf quizzed them on the losing weight options as he could probably drop 10 pounds without any issues..... its clear I don't, so the dude was trying to convince me I could use some "weight gain" additive to my workouts.
I laughed at him and told him I was totally happy with my weight around my middle. We ended up talking about natural supplements to restore energy after your workout. At least something made sense.

I´m pretty much happy with my weight, but my whole body is perfectly organized fat and I wobble when I move. (Oddly I am really the only person who sees this, apart from my trainer and my old pilates teacher who are gifted with second sight). Also, my jeans zipper opens on its own.

FIVE POUNDS over ideal weight is FAT???

Given what I weigh, I suppose I shouldn't just hate myself, but put a bullet through my head. icon_sad.gif

I admire guys who want to stay fit & trim. But maybe better not to get too carried away with hyperbole, and "hate" ourselves over a mere 5-pound indiscretion.

Such attitudes lead to eating disorders, or may be symptoms of these problems. It's good to be firm with ourselves, but bad to get carried away. Or lead others to form harmful opinions about weight control.

Other than those observations, carry on, you slim things you... icon_biggrin.gif

For the sarcastically challenged, this thread is not intended to be taken seriously, it is what is known as a "JOKE" that is rather close to the bone. Still, better that those of us with this dysmorphia should recognise it and be able to mock ourselves than be po faced an inable to move forward... I did put something to this effect in the OP footnote

I don't mind my weight. I'm certainly in the acceptable level for height and age but for whatever reason my stomach is on a growth spurt! Despite working out regularly and eating what I think is pretty good, I continue to grow. I'd like to drop 5 for sure. (I blame it on the al al al alcohol!, damn bf likes cocktails!)
