    No I don't. But sometimes crying like a baby on your best friend's shoulder and letting it all out can make you feel 10 times better and negate any need for counseling.

    Years ago, I was in Tokyo, and there are places where you can pay a certain amount of money, and then you start grabbing dishes and throwing them against the wall in order to let out your frustrations. Pretty cool.

    I get one of those big beach towels or even better, a sweater completely wet and then try to twist and squeeze every drop of water out again until it is damp enough to hang without dripping. Man that's a stress blaster, I recommend it.
