If someone is crazy enough to run 50-100 miles... They not only have a screw loose, but a toenail is not far off.

More power to them though! My head/legs/heart/lungs/eyeballs hurt just thinking about that kind of distance.

Gross. There's a 50K / 50 Mile / 100 Mile trail run up here every year. This year one of my buddies did the 50K in five finger shoes. He's doing the 50 miler next year. Go barefoot and save the toenails!
