You talking about tomorrow's 10k, or nike + racing in general?
I want to do that 10k, but literally just this morning, I bent over in shower to wash my feet and something "snapped" in my back, and now I can hardly bend or walk. I think it's thrown out, doubt I'll be able to run tomorrow.
Nevertheless, I think in addition to participating in the 10k, we could get a decent challenge going amongst RJ members. Most miles run in a month? It's easy to set up the challenges, but you do need the email addresses (not screen names) of everyone wanting to participate.
