Just got back from the midnight premiere of SAW 6

Definitely a good movie, but not the best of the whole lot

Saw 2 and 3 were the best in my opinion.

Any thoughts on the new one?

Wow, I never realized there were so many. Were they all straight-to-DVD or something?

No he's dead for sure. He's just appearing in flash backs. He gets someone else to do his dirty work now...

Haven't gotten a chance to catch it yet, but feel that the first SAW film was definitely the best.

After that it kind of became a cheesy overhyped slasher.

I did like the theme of the last one though. The whole team work thing. I'm sure I'll appreciate something in the new one too.

Just won't be nearly as good as the original. Perhaps the only issue with the first one is that its not rewatchable like the rest.

I don't really care to see this one. They've gone downhill after the first two. More gore doesn't mean it's going to be better... that's all filmmakers think we wanna see.

Not my excuse. Some would call it dramatic license.

Though I'm a bit tired of this series (It's ran its course into a brickwall), I heard this new PART 6 is a step above the abysmal Part 5 (hated that one). May try to catch it this weekend. I do hear it has quite a slant on the "healthcare" system & its employees. Outta be interesting. Perhaps a better "twist" this time around too! icon_cool.gif

Isn't this one starring the winner of that "Scream Queens" show last year?

I guess I could research it...

    Someone tell me. icon_rolleyes.gif

so she won't be the last bitch standing? (spoil alert). That's what "Scream Queens" was all about, being the leading lady.

Yeah she does live, but her "game" is so gross haha Not anything close to being a "leading lady" in the movie though....

Anyone else notice porn star Francois Sagat in one scene as an extra????

It dosn't break from the formula, and didn't seem as gorey as the others but that's not saying much.
I liked the scene where they were analyzing the voice recording and "you are begining to feel helpess" was repeated over and over, great for suspense
    cool movie
