Diet and work out prep for Halloween costume

Hey dude so with less then a week left til Halloween was wondering if anyone knows the last minute workout/diet things male models do before runway shows. My costume this year doesn't have a shirt and really wanted my muscles to pop and have a slammin bod. Any last minute tips??

I thought there was something about really loading up on water earlier in the week and then dehydrating your self day of?? Doesn't sound too healthy but was wondering what you all knew. Thanks dudes!

just get some bronzer from the store and contour your chest and abs.

Do 3-5 sets or push up's every other day Mon, Wed, Fri, minimum do last set to failure. Tues Thurs Sat do pull up chin ups 3- 5 sets. Sit ups and/or leg raises daily- you should have thought of this a month ago??!!
