This commercial puts a little funny spin on the attitude of what cops do everyday. There are some forum posters that like to hate on cops, and that's cool it's your opinion, but keep in mind what a lot of us face on a daily basis.

Yes tough job - but I would still love to be a cop for a day anyway - or at least hang out

That's what I've done for 6 years... in the military though. icon_smile.gif

Good times, or at least they were memorable.

Also did it in the military for 3 years.
One of the worse days of my life was taken a good friend to jail.
Talk about rough, cuffing him and listening to him cry in the back of the transport fan.
However I did get out of few tickets back then; now, not so much.

Video is cute and probably more true than not, but I still don't want their jobs, not even all that interested in having them as friends. The ones I have known, turned their backs on their old, "non-cop" friends years ago and just fell off the face of the earth... Sorry, it is a tough job and I value the service, but lets just keep it "distant and professional"...be safe out there, cuz it's "chilly" in here since you left...Thanks....icon_rolleyes.gif

As in any profession, it's the few ass holes that tend to stand out and disproportionately color the entire profession.
