Does your province/state ban cell phones while driving? Will it make a difference?

Nearly half of Canada is now implementing this law and I applaud the governments. When I see someone driving 20km/hr below the speed limit, and driving erratically, it is often a person on the phone.

There are certainly other distractions but the cell phone is a big one.

    Yes and it's about time!

Honestly, turn off the phone for the drive, it'll be safer and much more enjoyable... we don't need to be connected 24/7...

Talking on the phone (with the phone in your hand) and texting while driving has been illegal in California for a while now... I still see several people every day doing it.

One of those time was a san diego county sheriff hahah.

    so whacha gonna do?
