RJ has been a blessing to me in various ways. Funny how "synchronicity" can put things on your life's timeline .
So, for one thing i've decided two weeks ago to go back to a vegetarian diet, except for fish which i have once a week. Otherwise, it's eggs, dairy and veg. stuff.

As it is, i rarely feel hungry and when i do , i eat, but still i lost 3 pounds in 2 weeks.
I train a bit harder ( another consequence of this site icon_smile.gif ) and my muscles seem all there, almost all my loads at the gym have gone up , though by small increments.

Should i be concerned ? I know i lost some fat because i just feel it around the waist area.

any advice , thoughts , suggestions and opinions , please say it as you think it.
