Anti-Bush novelties

    I became curious about something recently...

    While shopping at Spencer's, I noticed the satff unpacking new stock of anti-Bush bobble heads, calendars, mugs, joke books and dolls.

    The likeness of "Dubya" would be considered a copyrighted image because it is based on a real person. Does a percentage of the money spent on these products go towards the Bush family, or does it bypass him all together?

    I would like to know, because the last thing I want to do is contribute to America's worst president.

    No he's considered a "public figure" and copyright laws don't necessarily apply to him
