I found this site that has online tests which show if you have an "unstated" or "underlying" bias of some sort.
From the site info section, They comment:

"It is well known that people don't always 'speak their minds', and it is suspected that people don't always 'know their minds'. Understanding such divergences is important to scientific psychology.

This web site presents a method that demonstrates the conscious-unconscious divergences much more convincingly than has been possible with previous methods. This new method is called the Implicit Association Test, or IAT for short.

In addition, this site contains various related information. The value of this information may be greatest if you try at least one test first.."

The site has a number of "demonstration tests" anyone can try...I tried a few of them and found things that I was unaware of.....and a bit of a surprise too!

Thought some of you would be entertained.....actually, don't be shocked if you end up taking something like this for your next job interview.....
    Give it a try....

I'm in the middle. On everything. What does that say about me besides the fact that my left index finger is hurting from an injury? Why would anyone look at themselves differently because of some allegedly insightful test that a bored psychologist thought up to get a government grant? What a waste of time....

I took this once and I really didn't get the point of it.
