    hey guys, i just purchased my first set of 15 pound weights, and im looking for exercises that will help develop my arm muscles, primarily my biceps and triceps. in addition to that i am also looking to trim my stomach and chest fat down. Are there any specefic cardio workouts i should be doing? any suggestions or website links you could give me can only help. thanks

    bleh... I didn´t want to not answer, it being your first post and all, but it´s really hard to know how to answer.

    You can do a great deal with dumbbells: you can take many exercises that work with body weight alone and jazz them up and you can also do some exercises that only work with the dumbbells.

    You really are better off working the whole body and not just arms or chest: the body grows best as a unit and the best way of avoiding injury long term is to have a balanced development.
