According to CNN News, Maine voters have voted 51 or 53% to ban same sex marraige, to ~47% voting to support same sex marriage.

Now Maine is in keeping with the rest of the US of A. The Americas being democratic, one person, one vote. You can't tell another how to use their one vote, because then it would be your vote too, and that dictatorship, and not democratic.

Maybe if you come back to the Commonwealth, you would see advancement?

And as for "advancement", its easy to mock other people when they lose their rights. I wouldn't ever mock anyone who lost their right to marriage.

Someone seriously has to start walking around punching these religious people in the uteruses. I'm so tired of waiting for liberal teenagers to turn 18 and old conservative people to die of face cancer to "change the vote dynamic". I just want to scare them into accepting us. Sorta like how black people have done to white people. You NEVER see a white person protest the concept of black people, unless you're in rural North Idaho where there are no black people to kick the shit out of white people for being stupid.

That's exactly the solution. There was no reason why the gay march on Washington couldn't match the tea party protests that went on there in September. People are asleep. Get out there and riot.

I have a few quick suggestions for initial targets in Temple Square for you.

The expression of sheer joy is really puzzling on these people. That lady down on her knees is acting as if Jesus came back to life and personally delivered a pizza to her house. Sad. Pathetic.
