26 Pounds Down.
Nov 06, 2009 7:25 AM GMT
So, guys, I've been putting a lot of work and effort into my diet and exercise lately and it is really paying off. I've made a lot of improvements in what I eat and gave up some things I felt like I couldn't live without (caffiene).

My energy levels are starting to go through the roof and I think I'm ready to sign up for a gym again to get in some better quality exercises.

I've lost 26 pounds and plan on losing 24-30 more. I guess that I am starting to feel like myself again, instead of constantly being plagued by a neverending stream of fluctuating eating disorders. I'm proud of what I am doing and want to raise my fitness level to new heights. Just thought I would share.
