He's not famous, but check out RealJock member SSacket. I love this kid's voice.

Ella Fitzgerald when she was around 40--pure perfection.

Eva Cassidy--what a shame she died so young.

Jane Monheit--gorgeous and what a great lounge voice.

There are so many good singers...Ella would be near the top of my list. Here she is swinging 'Sweet Georgia Brown'

Classical is what I know best, and lately I've been paying attention to Juan Diego Florez

(The poor bassoon player botches his entrance...too much partying the night before?... brutal that it's preserved for all time on youtube.)

Anita Baker (who is a huge perfectionist, that's why she doesn't come out with albums that often)

    Shirley Manson (from Garbage)

    Delores O'Riorden (from the Cranberries)

Bjork (the cutest thing from Iceland, and who was in the Sugarcubes)

    Duncan Sheik (very unique voice)

    David Gahan (from Depeche Mode)

Dusty Springfield (so smokey and smooth, and she's English!)

Annie Lenox (already been said, but so good)
