My phone is awesome because it just came out a week ago and it’s just as good, if not better than the iPhone I think. It’s the Droid Eris by HTC for Verizon. It’s not as intense as the Droid by Motorola, but it does a lot.

I had the LG Voyager and it was awesome. It was a big deal when it came out cuz it was looked at as a competitor with the iPhone. The voyager is touch screen and opens up with a full QWERTY keyboard with another screen. The Droid Eris is only touch screen and the Droid by Motorola is touch screen with a sliding keyboard

So wat makes ur phone awesome or crap lol

My phone is awesome because it survived three hours on the ground in a mosh pit at an outdoor concert.

My phone is crap because it survived three hours on the ground in a mosh pit at an outdoor concert.

Haha, half the functions don't work anymore but it does the job it's supposed to.

I dropped my phone 25 feet below onto a concrete floor and it worked fine afterward. That's what makes it awesome.

My phone is awesome because it stays at home where it belongs, plugged into the wall.

My phone is awesome because I don't pay a damn thing for it. It's a work phone and our plan is big enough I can use it for personal calls and long distance.

My phone sucks because it doesn't have texting and is this: g-zone-boulder-in-black-verizon-wireless

Mine's an iPhone. As a phone, it's not really much better or worse than other's I've had.

However, the OS and the apps available exceed any other similar device. Since I wasn't already biased by a previous PDA/smartphone, this met more of my needs and requirements than the Blackberry, Palm, and WindowsCE devices.
It was the both the breadth of apps available as well as the extensive capabilities of those [better] apps.

Like any OS, there were plenty of 'crap apps' out there. Also, I'm not saying that the iPhone OS is by any means perfect. I just find it to be most suitable for my broad needs as I tend to use some wildly divergent apps.

    But, as a phone, well....it's a phone. I dial, I talk, I hang up.

I love my green phone - Sony Ericsson - slide - its just the crappy AT&T service I don't like. Cingular was far superior!

<==== My iPhone is awesome because it has a pic of me on it. LOL!

Actually, my real iPhone's screen wallpaper is my partner in HIS tuxedo. Genuinely awesome is the perfect integration with our 2 Mac computers and with Apple software, and all the incredible apps for it.

Crappy because the AT&T service ranks second to Verizon here, though not as bad as some other carriers, nor as bad as some people say they experience with AT&T elsewhere in the US. I'd also like longer battery life, the iPhone's even shorter than my Palm PDA was.

TheGuyNextDoor saidPlus, I just wrote the above reply from my iPhone while on a little break at work. Easy as Pie...

    Who wants pie?

Hell, this thing will probably spit one out if I ask it to.
    How about Cherry?

Never mind the pie... I want the video!!

Come to think of it, I've got the recipe for this pie on my phone too:

I took this picture with the phone as well since it was my first pie from scratch.

I used to have an awesome iPhone! But had to terminate my AT&T service because I moved to an area of NH with poor coverage. So my fancy iPhone is now a fancy iTouch. CRAP! LOL

Now, I am with Verizon and have a CRACKBERRY TOUR which is also CRAPPY because the keys are dang too small to type on!

    CRAP CRAP CRAP! LOL

My LG Voyager is awesome because it's survived some really massive trauma(VANS Warped Tour, several mosh pits, etc.) over the last year but has yet to die on me. It's crap now because it has a serious case of envy over the new Motorola Droid that's coming out on Friday, and I'm afraid it's developing a complex over it.

I just recently bought the Motorola Droid, and I couldn' t be happier. I can check mail, edit files, videos, youtube, this forum, pictures, chat, check weather, stocks, local social scene, etc. etc. ad nauseum.

It's just amazing... but on top of it all, it doesn't force you to use an annoying ass touch-screen to type on... due to it's amazingly thin/sturdy slide-out keyboard.

I've gotta hand it to Motorola this time; they have really outdone themselves.

My phone is awesome because I lost the back cover at a concert and I used scotch tape to secure the battery. It now also turns off by itself every so often and usually does when I get a new text. I have also lost it and found it so many times and it's been to where the chances were like finding a needle in a haystack.

For some reason no matter how shitty I treat the phone it won't die and I'm the only one knows how to use it without making it turn off. So it has a little sentimental value.

Of course I wanted the i-phone (I work in TV Production)
but alas, AT&T has no signal in my Hollywood Hills neighborhood so I went with the HTC Hero phone... so far it is awesome, but the i-phone does everything better and with a more elegant interface .... not to mention all the way cool aps. Hmmm; do I sound bitter that I can't have an i-phone? hahahahah

My phone is also an iPhone. And it's awesome because it now has over 100,000 apps to choose from. My favorite is the one I use to track my training rides via GPS (RunKeeper Pro).

The Droid has this week's buzz, but let's be honest - every couple of months, there's a new "iPhone killer". And yet, the iPhone keeps selling in incredible quanitites and stays #1 because it's a great product.

The only phone I'd give up my iPhone 3G for is an iPhone 3GS (and I will when I can upgrade on the cheap in January).

    i'll talk about 2 phones:

1.) my Palm Centro is awesome because i've dropped it numerous times and it survived the impact on concrete. it also carries all my nursing/medical info and drug guides, and i can access it quickly.

its awesome-ness was great up until i suddenly had an attack of the dumb and jumped into the ocean with my phone in my pocket. icon_redface.gif

2.) my Samsung Jack is awesome thus far cuz it is lightweight, carries a lot of functions that i had from my Palm, and it was easy to use. i'll add more as i discover anything else :-)
